Client: AutoAlert, Inc.
Industry: Automotive dealership
Business Challenge
Having its inefficient and complicated version of AutoAlert
application, AutoAlert Company needed to release a new far-reaching
sales generating tool, an advanced version of the AutoAlert v.1
solution that would take sales efforts to a different level, and
provided benefits of:
- increased sales opportunities and profits
- managed user-car inventory
- enhanced and improved client contact data and management
- better customer retention
- established long-term client relationships
Value Delivered
SoftServe’s team updated the previous version of AutoAlert
solution by improving its capacity and performance. This updated
version was created to build long-term client relationships, to
produce sales alerts indicating clients who could trade-up to a new
vehicle at or about the same payments, to lower client acquisition
cost, to increase profits, to create more new car sales, and to
deliver powerful information to sales from existing clients.
Robust scalability, one of the distinctive features of AutoAlert
solution, is based on four-level nestling, which results in fast
and effective implementation of the solution allowing one server to
support up to 10 times more data. Enhanced CRM functionality helps
foster long-term client relationship, and delivers key sale
management reports, that are used in contacting and tracking client
contact and follow-up.
The effect of the solution implementation results in established
long-term client relationships, managed inventory, increased market
share, maximized return on investment of promotions, and finally,
increased profits. AutoAlert’s robust scalability, deployment
flexibility, and enhanced CRM functionality simplifies
dealerships’ management and provides a time-to-value result.
More proactive, relationship-driven sales efforts and greater sales
volumes at significantly reduced acquisition costs are few of the
many advantages a dealership can gain by utilizing all the
possibilities the solution provides.
