Client: RE3W, a real estate Internet company
Industry: Real Estate Transaction Software
RE3W application was showcased at the
Microsoft Corporations’ Windows Live and Office Live Offering
Event in San Francisco in 2005, and has been highly recognized by
Bill Gates and Ray Ozzi.
Business Challenge
RE3W’s research showed that the key to closing a deal in
commercial real estate is obtaining ownership information and
establishing communication with principle players. Having an
in-depth knowledge of the tedious transaction process and a clear
business vision of its technology solution, RE3W wanted to create
an online utility that would be available to all commercial real
estate industry participants and service providers around the
globe. The main goals RE3W wanted to achieve were:
- To develop unprecedented, easy-to-use online application that
would streamline the transaction process and create a more liquid
marketplace
- To become the leading innovator in increasing efficiency and
cutting costs for all industry participants and service providers
around the globe
- To define an industry-wide standardized process, and give any
professional the ability to obtain information and to collaborate
in a way never before possible in the commercial real estate
arena.

RE3W turned to SoftServe to develop the new application.
