Since quality is one of the main success criteria at SoftServe,
it is important to comply with international standards. For this
reason, SoftServe has recently reconfirmed its ISO 9001:2000
certification, first obtained in 2003.
It is our intention to reconfirm this certification every year
in order to maintain the high level of quality in our operations
and to confirm our focus on upgrading the quality of services we
deliver. ISO certification is one of the necessary steps in
SoftServe’s overall quality management strategy. Another
important step is CMMI Level 4 assessment, scheduled for this
year.
