SoftServe Celebrates the 11th Anniversary

Eleven years have passed since the day when a few people, united by a key idea, founded SoftServe. A birthday is a time for a party, so to mark our 11th birthday all our 400 employees from the Ukrainian development center and the two US offices were invited to a great outdoor party near a lake.

The company’s top managers addressed our great team, recalling the history of the company, its successes, and its new achievements: the growth of SoftServe by more than 200 people during the last year, the prestigious award of "IT Company of the Year", and our strengthened cooperation with Microsoft - starting new projects with the world’s biggest software corporation.

And then the party was unleashed: everyone enjoyed great food, famous Lviv beer, and wonderful sunny weather. Our young and active teams competed in soccer, volleyball, street ball and scout contests. As usual the biggest challenge was to compete with the top managers’ team!

Later in the evening the winners of contests received awards from our President, Taras Kytsmey, and then there was a great surprise for everyone - the band "Skryabin", well-known in Europe, appeared on the stage. The wonderful show and performance was the sweetest birthday present for the SoftServe’s team. After a show of superior fireworks the day was over, but smiles and a great mood stayed with us.

This birthday was a fine chance for employees to remind themselves and each other of the company’s values and of the fact that SoftServe does something no other company can do - for the very reason that it has always respected its people and the idea that unites us.
