Microsoft Corporation has chosen the real estate application
developed by SoftServe for RE3W their main indicative sample of "Longhorn"-
based development. The application is developed with .NET
technology.
RE3W is developed to provide all participants of the commercial
real estate industry with online technology that will quickly and
smoothly move transactions from origination through closing.
RE3W’s Phase One is launching during the 1st Quarter of
2004. This phase incorporates a major portion of the origination
process, including new and innovative search techniques, to find
properties of interest in the RE3W database that encompasses
85,000,000 properties in the over 900 counties that are occupied by
70% of U.S. population.
