The process for the assurance of compliance was started in the
early months of 2003. During the preparation for the certification,
SoftServe thoroughly examined its formalized processes and
documentation. There were several internal audits and staff
trainings.
As a result, SoftServe successfully passed the examinations of
the accrediting committee and received the certificate of
compliance with the international quality standard ISO 9001:2000,
which confirms the high quality of the software developed by
SoftServe.
